Shareholder Update – Call for Member Director Nominations

Western Murray Irrigation Ltd (WMI) recently wrote to shareholders calling for nominations from suitably qualified Members and Corporate Representatives of Members to fill vacancies on the WMI Board of Directors as follows:-

· Curlwaa – one vacancy by rotation; and

· Coomealla – one vacancy by rotation.

Nominations closed at 5:00pm on 31 August 2025.

WMI can report the receipt of the following nominations:

· Class A (Curlwaa) – Michael (Mick) Goodrem

· Class C (Coomealla) – Michael Mobilio

Both Mick Goodrem and Michael Mobilio will take office from the end of the 2025 WMI Annual General Meeting as they were the only nominations received for each vacancy.

The 2025 WMI Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 6:00pm at the Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club, Dareton, NSW.
