New Customer Portal/Order Water

WMI has updated and improved its online order water system.

The new Customer Portal is a user-friendly, secure and contemporary design which includes:

• Water order system – easier (or you can still use the old format)
• Orders – both current and historic
• Live flows (for meters 80mm and above)
• Water allocation
• Delivery allowance
• Meter reads
• Warnings when over allocation – both water and delivery
• Owner details for Water Entitlements and Delivery Entitlements
• Trading page – water allocation and delivery allowance listing
