Call for Nomination of Member Directors

 

Western Murray Irrigation Ltd (WMI) is calling for nominations from suitably qualified Members to fill vacancies on the WMI Board of Directors, at the conclusion of the AGM being held on 25 November 2025, as follows:

·      Coomealla – one vacancy by rotation

·      Curlwaa – one vacancy by rotation

 

The current Directors, and their intentions, are as follows:

·      Coomealla – Michael Mobilio (Michael retires by rotation and has offered himself for re-election)

·      Curlwaa – Michael Goodrem (Michael retires by rotation and has offered himself for re-election)

 

A letter with further details will be sent to all Coomealla and Curlwaa Members (shareholders) seeking nominations.

In the meantime, a Director Nomination Form is available from WMI by telephoning 5027 4953 or by e-mailing enquiries@westernmurray.com.au

Completed forms must be received by WMI by 5:00pm Sunday 31 August 2025.
