Lena Langanke is the Chief Financial Officer, bringing a well-rounded background in finance and agribusiness. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Marketing) and has worked across multiple industries, including the wine, agriculture and construction industry. 

In addition to her professional career, Lena has co-managed a mixed farming enterprise with her husband for the past 15 years—a sheep and irrigated vegetable property—providing her with valuable hands-on experience in both dryland and irrigation-based agriculture. This practical insight complements her financial role and supports Western Murray Irrigation’s commitment to sustainable, efficient service delivery.

Lena is also an active community volunteer, currently serving as Treasurer of the Palinyewah Public School P&C and the Pooncarie Community Group. Her dedication to regional development and strong community values is reflected in both her professional and personal contributions to the area.
