Curlwaa Emergency Shutdown
Monday 21 Sept at 7.30am through to Friday 25 Sept at 4.00pm
There is currently a water leak at the corner of Billabong Road and Channel Road that requires emergency repairs. Due to the location and complexity of the leak, extensive excavation and repair works will be necessary and are expected to take a considerable amount of time to complete.
As part of the repair process, concrete will need to be poured and allowed to cure for approximately three days before the works can be finalised. Consequently, the supply line cannot be refilled until the concrete has sufficiently cured.
The area affected by the shutdown is outlined above. Properties within this area will be without water for the entire duration of the repair works, including the concrete curing period. Water supply will not be restored until all works have been completed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential repairs are carried out and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
