Shareholder Update

Western Murray Irrigation Ltd (WMI) recently wrote to shareholders calling for nominations from suitably qualified Members and Corporate Representatives of Members to fill vacancies on the WMI Board of Directors as follows:-

• Buronga – one vacancy by rotation; and
• General – one vacancy by rotation.

Nominations closed at 5:00pm on 31 August 2026.

WMI can report the receipt of the following nominations:

• Class B (Buronga) – Matt Cottrell
• Class A, B or C (General) – Brett Hullah

Both Matt Cottrell and Brett Hullah will take office from the end of the 2026 WMI Annual General Meeting as they were the only nominations received for each vacancy.

The 2026 WMI Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at 6:00pm at the Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club, Dareton, NSW.
